You must send email in a way that respects the stability of our network, and allows other customers to use the Services. If we determine that your use affects our network or our other customers, in a material, adverse manner, we may suspend your account until such time as you have agreed to modify your behavior. While your account is suspended, Fees will continue to accrue.
We do not tolerate any server abuse activity like mail bombing, hijacking mail server relays, publishing incorrect or illegal information, or performing any other unlawful actions.
A staff member randomly review the messages sent out from our network to ensure that the content is appropriate and the subject is not misleading. If there is any questionable content, we reserve the right to reject the message from being sent.
If you violate any of these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account. In the event your account is terminated due to violation of this Anti Spam Policy, you will not be refunded any amounts that have been paid towards the use of the Service.
