Anti-Spam Policy

By creating an account and agreeing to our Term & Conditions, you are also agreeing to this Anti-Spam Policy.

Please report any suspected abuse to support@hotsol.net. ISPs and blacklists administrators may also contact us at support@hotsol.net. Please forward the complete email in question, including headers. If applicable, please also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link at the bottom of the email if you no longer wish to receive emails from that sender. We will take the appropriate action against the sender of the email in question.

All users of Hotsol Services must comply with the United States of America’s CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. In order to make sure you stay CAN-SPAM compliant:

  • Don’t use false or misleading header information.
  • Don’t use deceptive subject lines.
  • Identify the message as an ad.
  • Tell recipients where you’re located.
  • Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you.
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly.

You must send email in a way that respects the stability of our network, and allows other customers to use the Services. If we determine that your use affects our network or our other customers, in a material, adverse manner, we may suspend your account until such time as you have agreed to modify your behavior. While your account is suspended, Fees will continue to accrue.

We do not tolerate any server abuse activity like mail bombing, hijacking mail server relays, publishing incorrect or illegal information, or performing any other unlawful actions.

A staff member randomly reviews the messages sent out from our network to ensure that the content is appropriate and the subject is not misleading. If there is any questionable content, we reserve the right to reject the message from being sent.

If you violate any of these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account. In the event your account is terminated due to violation of this Anti Spam Policy, you will not be refunded any amounts that have been paid towards the use of the Service.
